What began seven decades ago as a family passion, sharing and selling old-world bourbon and trading stories with the grandfathers of the bourbon industry grew over the years into producing our own brands from hand-selected, rare barrels of intensely flavored whiskey. Since the mid-1980s, collectors and fans around the world who crave those big rich bourbons have discovered our unique bottlings. In recent years, Preservation has quietly been distilling our own small bourbon and whiskey production in 1-3 barrel batches. These are minuscule lots with no particular release dates, as we just won't bottle our whiskey before it's time. But that's ok…we're not in a hurry.
