Barton 1792 Making Spirits Bright By Lantern Light
It’s time to turn on the twinkle lights and spread the holiday cheer!
In conjunction with Light Up Bardstown, Barton 1792 will be giving lantern-lit tours of the distillery on Nov. 27. Following the official lighting of the City of Bardstown, and the Christmas tree on Court Square on the day after Thanksgiving, Barton 1792 Distillery will be serving complimentary hot cocoa and holiday refreshments in the distillery's Visitor Center and giving lantern-lit tours.
The tours are complimentary and will be available every 30 minutes beginning at 7 p.m., giving holiday guests a look at the distillery and inside one of the aging warehouses.
Ending at 9 p.m., this is the perfect opportunity to do some holiday shopping in the distillery Gift Shop and stock up on the essentials for treating family visiting from out-of-town.
Barton 1792 Distillery is located in downtown Bardstown at 501 Cathedral Manor. For more information about the lantern-lit tours or to schedule a tour during regular hours, call the Visitor Center at 502-331-4879.
